Free Shuttle Services for ICASP13 Participants

The Organizing Committee of ICASP13 will provide participants with free shuttle bus services between the “Seoul National University” subway station (Line #2, Green) and the Conference Venue (GCP) from May 27 to May 29. Additional shuttle services will be provided for the Technical Tour at EPTC (May 27) and the Conference Banquet at Sebitseom (May 28).
* The shuttle bus schedule (click) is subject to changes caused by weather and traffic conditions.
1. May 27-29 (Monday–Wednesday): Subway ↔ GCP
From “Seoul National University” Station to GCP
Note: There will be no shuttle bus services between 11:00 and 16:00
From GCP to “Seoul National University” Station
2. May 27 (Monday Only): Shuttle Service for Technical Tour at EPTC
3. May 28 (Tuesday Only): Shuttle Service for Conference Banquet at Sebitseom

General Directions to Conference Venue
Destination: Seoul National University, Entrance to College of Engineering (Bldg. 38)
If you want to make sure, show this to the driver: “서울대 (아랫)공대 입구, 38동” or “GCP 글로벌 컨벤션 플라자”
Subway and bus
Walk to the nearest subway station
Take subway to “Nakseongdae” station (Line #2, Green)
Use the escalator at Exit No. 4 of “Nakseongdae” station
Turn left after the gas station, and take Bus #02
Get off at “the Research Institute of Advanced Materials” station
The conference venue, Global Convention Plaza (GCP, Bldg. 38) can be reached by buses from the nearby subway (Line #2) stations, “Nakseongdae” (recommended) and “Seoul National University.” Please note that the buses can be crowded between 8:20 am and 9:00 am, and 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. From the Hoam Faculty House (only 105 rooms available), you can take Bus #02 (10 min) or walk (25 min) to reach the conference venue.
